Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service

To keep the service safe and lawful for everyone, you agree not to:

Source code you upload & export control

You are responsible for having the right to upload the VB6 (or other) source code and related project files you point the service at — whether that right comes from ownership, your employer’s authorisation, or a licence. Some legacy codebases (particularly in banking, government, or defence-adjacent sectors) may themselves be confidential, subject to NDA, or contain data affected by export-control or sanctions rules (for example ITAR, EAR, or EU dual-use regulations). You are responsible for determining whether your codebase is subject to any such restriction and for complying with it. Do not upload code you are not authorised to share to a hosted instance of the service; a local/self-hosted install (see theApp Privacy Policy) keeps your code on your own infrastructure for exactly this reason.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access, and will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report abuse toabuse@unspoolcode.com.
